Community Compost Company Project

In 2020, Todd consulted with the Community Compost Company to improve their ability to turn food waste from the community into Biologically-rich soil. When Todd visited, he observed an excess of high-nitrogen food waste material and a staging and processing method which was not producing high-quality compost. Todd helped improved their composting method and storage system so they are now producing excellent compost and vermicompost.
