Washington Mall Project
The Washington Mall has some of the highest foot traffic in D.C. It regularly hosts events where tens of thousands of people attend. This creates hosts of problems relating to compaction, and overuse of chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides. Todd created a Biological Plan for Washington Mall park, so that the groundskeepers could keep the grass healthy year round without toxic chemicals.
